$500 deposit due for trips reserved before March 30, 2015.
Deposits paid before March 15, 2015 are refundable for 5 days from date of payment. After 5 days they are nonrefundable.
Balance due in full by May 21, 2015.
50% of trip cost will be refunded for cancellation before June 15, 2015.
No refunds can be issued after June 15, 2015.

6 nights accommodation in Oaxaca (Casa Vertiz or similar)
2 nights hotel in Mexico City
All activities as listed in the itinerary, including transportation, admission fees, and guides
Daily Spanish lessons
24/7 support (staff available around the clock for problems and questions)
Children’s Activities Coordinator on all outings to help with kids
Airport transfers

Roundtrip airfare Mexico City — Oaxaca (around $200/pp) You may choose to take a bus from Mexico City to Oaxaca, but allow extra time for the 6 hour ride. ($36-43 each way/pp)
